I must have mentioned it was my birthday within my reservation and the staff were so incredibly sweet about it. The room was so nice and I especially enjoyed the pool and the location.

Personnel excellent, mais la chambre est petite, tout comme la salle de petit-déjeuner. Celle-ci est souvent saturée et il faut faire la queue dans le hall pour entrer. Mesquin pour un h?tel 5 étoiles.

The staff thought to be more helpful or friendly. The hotel itself is very well run, clean and the spa was excellent.

Tout s’est très bien passé, le seul problème était le SPA qui était un peu froid au vu de la température extérieur!
Si non tout les services de l’h?tel étaient parfait!

Un accueil charmant que nous apprécions depuis des années. Le Spa est fantastique!
Un petit effort d'organisation au niveau du room service mais ce problème ne date pas d'hier.
Nous reviendrons bien entendu!

地理位置優越，老城區在幾步之內，火車站也在步行范圍內。酒店內飾傳統與現代相結合。大廳下層的游泳池是該酒店的一大亮點，水溫適中，環境安靜。酒店隸屬萬豪集團，服務到位，酒店前臺在客人辦理入住后，前臺非行李服務人員陪同至房間的服務必須點贊，該服務國內五星酒店未體驗到。早餐西式，環境小而精致，唯一遺憾的是沒有一點亞洲的種類。

En dehors d’être un h?tel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une fa?on exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet h?tel mérite cinq étoiles

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They fulfilled every request and helped in every way possible. The staff deserve every bit of praise. The room, however, left something to be desired. Our junior suite was large, but the furnishings felt like something from an airport hotel. And the style of the room leaned too much into the castle motif with the rock tile and dull color. The history of the building offers some explanation, but the given that it was remodeled in 2010 makes me wonder why it still felt so old.
The excellent staff, great location, and incredible history of the hotel made for an enjoyable stay. But there is definitely room for improvement.

Das Bourgtheroulde ist so wie man es von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Das historische Geb?ude mit seinem Innenhof ist ein Traum und perfekt saniert. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch, da die Fenster nicht ge?ffnet werden k?nnen bzw. es konnte nur ein Flügel auf gekippt werden, absolut unverst?ndlich und man fühlt sich dadurch eingesperrt.

The hotel building and lobby are beautiful. The location is perfect . The layout of the hotel is somewhat confusing until one figures it out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but it felt needing renovation. Windows were not cleaned for a long time and I was afraid to open them. Crakes in the bathroom floor. The room was spacious but the bathroom and the toilet occupy 1/3 of the room with little space left for the wardrobe. The electrical outlets were all near the floor and under the night stand. Was ok for us but thinking of the older guests, it may be a problem needing to lay down on the floor to plug them . Overall, we were happy with our stay.
